Our SolutionPeople Logic provides a comprehensive and fully integrated suite of HR services. We can provide support on a fully or partially managed basis, and emphasise practical and commercial solutions. Our first priority is to provide a basic yet thorough HR health check. This helps us to establish current practices, key areas of need, and overall expectations for the HR function. We then work with clients to analyse, recommend and implement the most appropriate solution. The service itself consists of two separate elements. The implementation of the HR platform and ongoing services comprise the base service that People Logic provides. Optional Add-On Modules can be selected as required and are fully compatible with the HR platform. |
