People Logic is a London based company, established to respond to the rising need for managed HR services. This requirement has been partly driven by the increasing complexity of employment legislation, and the growing strategic role that HR plays within the modern business.

In addition, the growth in the number of young, entrepreneurial companies has created a real need for People Logic's integrated approach to HR management.

Tony Leggett: 12 years experience of HR management in blue chip financial institutions, recruitment and executive search. His knowledge base covers all aspects of HR, and he played an integral part in the growth of his last firm from and 250 to 1500 staff worldwide. During this time, Tony’s responsibilities included managing HR remotely for several foreign branches. He previously spent 5 years in engineering and holds a first degree from Imperial College, London.
Eamonn Ling: Extensive strategy consulting and start-up experience through investing in and advising early stage growth / technology companies at board level. Prior to this Eamonn held senior positions with a number of major investment banks in the global financial markets. Holds a Master's in Business Administration (Distinction) from London Business School and first degree from Imperial College, London.
