After a full HR health check, People Logic put forward a proposal outlining a number of areas for immediate attention and the recommended initiatives. This was duly accepted and has included:
- Putting in place the People Logic HR platform
implementing best practice policies and
procedures, as well as bringing all existing
documentation fully up to date
- Complete overhaul management of the
company appraisal scheme
- Developing a new template for staff
development and training
- Working to develop new ways to motivate staff
to realise their full potential
- Introducing an HR portal technology on to the
company intranet, allowing staff to access
company manuals and manage their own
personal data
- Independent, ongoing management of all HR
related processes and issues
